We provide both non-legal advocacy and legal representation to parents and guardians of students with disabilities in:
- IEP and Other Special Education Meetings,
- 504 Plan Meetings,
- Support Team (S-Team) Meetings,
- Manifestation Determination Reviews, and
- Discipline Appeals.
To qualify for our services, children must:
- Be a student in kindergarten through 12th grade
- Reside and attend a public school in Davidson County
- Have a low income background
- Have a disability, suspected disability, or mental health diagnosis that affects attendance, behavior, and/or grades
