Educational Advocacy and Legal Representation

We provide advocacy and legal representation to parents of students with disabilities in IEP team meetings, 504 plan meetings, and Support Team meetings to get students good educational services.  We also provide legal representation when students are facing expulsion in manifestation determination reviews and discipline appeals.

To qualify for our services, children must:

    • Be a student in kindergarten through 12th grade
    • Reside and attend school in Davidson County
    • Have low income
    • Have a disability or mental health diagnosis that affects attendance, behavior, and/or grades
