Educational Advocacy and Legal Representation

We provide both non-legal advocacy and legal representation to parents and guardians of students with disabilities in:

  • IEP and Other Special Education Meetings,
  • 504 Plan Meetings,
  • Support Team (S-Team) Meetings,
  • Manifestation Determination Reviews, and
  • Discipline Appeals.

To qualify for our services, children must:

  • Be a student in kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Reside and attend a public school in Davidson County
  • Have a low income background
  • Have a disability, suspected disability, or mental health diagnosis that affects attendance, behavior, and/or grades
